Built to a very high standard in 1989 by long time Royale Owners Club member Frank Moir. The car was purchased by Pete in March 2014 and has been meticulously maintained to the same high standard set by Frank when the car was built.
No expense was spared on keeping the car in tip-top condition and it was only used in Spring and Summer, being taken off the road at the first sign of snow, ice or road gritters. While not in use, the car was always dry stored. As can be seen in the photographs (above and on page 2), the car is a real head-turner. Any buyer should be prepared to be complimented on every trip out.
Prior to Pete’s passing last year, in the previous twelve months, in addition to his annual maintenance and servicing, he carried out New Hood, including rear windscreen
New Wood Rimmed Sterering Wheel to
compliment the classic wooden instrument panel.
New Oval Door Mirrors with extended arms, greatly increasing the rear view while driving or reversing.
New rear wind deflector, behind the seats. This made a dramatic improvement in comfort for both driver and passenger (usually me).
I have been asked by the family to sell the car on their behalf. It is located at my home 6 miles
North of Belfast. 15 minutes from Belfast Port,
Belfast George Best City Airport and Belfast International Airport. I will happily collect anyone wishing to view the car from any of these locations. Delivery of the car can be arranged (at cost) if required.
